Hey all... just want to verify. The RSX-S "dropped" a class in Solo-II, and I was told so did the 93-97 prelude. If true, why only to 97, or why including 97? Was it a misprint and ment to read 93-96? Just curious, because with the cars in the class my car would now fall into, maybe I'll just "stock" it back up and run the stock class.

yeah they meant the 4th gen vtec and not the 97 5th gen.
Running G-Stock would seem to be an easier class to win than D-Stock, but in reality it's a really tough class. I think the GS times @ nationals were actually quicker than the DS times...i'm not sure if a 4th gen could compete, but no one's tried to run GS yet so you might be the guinea pig.
on a local level you should be competitive. on a national level not sure if the 4th gen can hang with the Mini's, Celiqueer GT's, and even the RSX-S.
