ATTS Light
I replaced the clutch in my 2000 Prelude (for those contemplating, I don't recommend it. It was more work than the few dollars I saved were worth). The ATTS light came on as soon as I was finished. Any suggestions on troubleshooting? From what I have read you really need a diagnostic tool from Honda to plug in and find out what the error code is. However I would be interested in just resetting it and seeing if that worked.
TIA for any help.

Best of luck to you. I have been riding around with my atts light on for a long time because I can't figure out how to turn it off. Here is a link to a thread I made about it with a lot of info: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1074538
good luck

there is a vacuum hose from the intake manifold that connects to ATTS that will trip the ATTS light if it is not connected check to see if that is connected. Other than that, there is the only the one harness to reconnect for the unit.

just curious... if you jumper that connection to get the CEL code, does the ATTS unit flash it's error also? I know the ABS and SRS systems will... just curious as I have a base

Yep, it does.

Just want to make sure I understand: If you jumper a connection to get the CEL to display the warning code, the ATTS will flash as well? What if the CEL is not on, will you still be able to get the ATTS to flash it's code? If so, what do you have to jumper to get it to display the code?
Yes, it will flash using the same type of method the CEL does. If just your ATTS light is on and the CEL is not, the ATTS light will still flash.
I'm sure someone has done a writeup on how to get the code, but in short, there is a service connector on the right side of the center console. You need to pull the carpeted cover off, unplug the 2 pin service connector, and jam a paperclip in the two holes of the plug. Then turn on the ignition and watch the light show. The light will flash in 2 sets, the first set is the beginning part of the number and the second set is the last part of the number..
ex. 3 flashes then 4 flashes=34. Good luck.
