Ok... a while ago I slid on sleet and hit my car sideways into a curb. The rear lower control arm bent, and so I got a whole new suspension setup from a 98 for it.
But ever since the front alignment has been off. The right front is pushed back two degrees. I asked the service guy at the local honda dealership, and a guy at a body shop what they think is bent to have made it off, and they both said they'd guess it's the knuckle (though the guy at the Honda shop said it could be the lower control arm too).

As you can see in the pictures, the radius rod is connected to the lower control arm, which is used to adjust the caster if it's off. Mine is, two degrees. The radius rod according to helms will adjust the caster up to 2 degrees... has anyone needed to do this (just wondering what's involved since it doesn't look like much to me).
My 2nd question is... by the looks of the pictures wouldn't the lower control arm have more of a chance of being bent seeing how the rod to adjust the caster is connected to it? I mean the knuckle pivots on the ball joints. Wouldn't they give out totally before the knuckle actually bent? When i slid into the curb my front tire was turned to the left a good bit, and hit the curb sorta like:
me going towards the top of the screen, hit the curb sliding forward/right, and the wheel was turned \ to the curb like this wheel -> \ | <- curb
Anyone have ANY idea which peice I should order first??? The control arm is $76 IIRC, and the Knuckle is around $140. I want to fix it on the first shot. Any suspension "experts" out there??

OMG DUDE I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!! THATS SO crazy. ok my tire is like popped out like this>>>>\ i changed my knuckle, lower and upper control arm and all the ball joints and its still the same dude, im so pissed off i pay 45 buxs for my knukle and i think like 70 for my lower and upper control arm . it suxs because my tire keeps getting eaten up in the inside. so i took it back to get it checked and they told me that now it might be the rear cross member. i dont even know wat to do? i hhad my car for a while. one of my homies told me that maybe i could just get a camber kit. i m serious its crazy the same thing happend to you. my problem is in the left rear side.
you got any ideas????
