Default alignment after lowering

I lowered my car with Neuspeed Sports, and KYB GR2`s. Why do people say you should get your car aligned right after you lower it? I havent aligned my car yet, am i doing any harm?

Yes, when you lower it, you get negative camber. like this / \. Everytime you do something to your suspension, it is recommended you get an alingnment. You infact are going to do harm beacuse your toe will also be off. So you will increase improper tire wear. A camber kit is also recomended if you have an extreme drop. So when you get your car aligned, get the before and after specs on you car to see if infact you do need a camber kit.

like he said....anytime you mess with your suspension....get an alignment....

don't expect your camber to remain within spec with that setup either....
