Default Accidently into second??

Was accelerating on up ramp, made it to like 70 or something to merge and then was just chilling trying to shift into fourth and somehow hit second.. I had my music up..damn subs!

I instantly noticed before I even fully engaged and I think I was on the clutch and disengaged before my rev needle went up to 8

Any chance of harm? Again..DAMN subwoofers! hah..

shouldnt be, if anything tho, even with subs blasting, you should've heard your engine seize if you hit the rev limit, but sending it to high redline should be ok... not like you do it often right?

yeah even with those subs goin you shoulda felt it jump, but if it still runs fine and didnt peg the rev limiter, it would be ok i think
