I think this is for the abs which would suck cause we broke it and the red wire is so fuxed that it keeps breaking.

We have a front clip which we can take another plug from but i don't think a new wire would be possible unless we rerouted it someplace else.
Now for my second question and i will be straight to the point. What is this?

its near the intake manifold on the jdm h22. there is no plug on the usdm harness and the usdm manifold doesn't have it. could we remove it and make it a straight through like on the usdm 23 or do we have to put in the other plug from the jdm harness and plug it into the ecu?
As for the engine we have it in and it won't start yet. we think it may not have enough gas in it cause we only put in 2 gallons. we shall get more tomorrow and hopefully it will start. Also it is throwing a code 15 check engine light for IGNITION OUTPUT SIGNAL. Aren't engine swaps just a barrel of fun
Oh btw it is a prelude to prelude swap. Just in case.

yes the orange plug is an abs plug, but the second one im not sure what it is. Mine had that part too but i just took it out and ran the line to the intake manifold just like my H23 was. Its worked fine with no issues yet, and if i remember right my car already had that same part on the firewall or something i think.

alright. thanks allot for the help. we found out that the reason it won't start is cause we didn't swap out the distributor cap so we are going to do that tonight and see if it starts.
That if it is even supposed to be there is being used as a fuel pressure cutoff solenoid like a 90-93 integra has there is no output or input on the USDM ECU so like the guy said just put the hose straight across and your good. But then keep that solenoid and either sell it to someone with a 92-95 Civic since they seem to get broken all the time on the back of the manifold for some reason of someone steal the little top hat off them wich is the vent for the solenoid. Oh is used as a purge control solenoid on the Civic or keep it to replace your purge control solenoid if it goes bad or the IAB solenoid. They are all functionally the same. It also fits under the hood of almost any Honda you can think of that is OBD1 and newer to a certain point.
