Well, we need to know what happened right before the 4WS light and ABS light came on.

When I autoX...when I lock up the brakes...the ABS light comes on. The way I turn it off is I pull ALL three fuses under the hood. Then I put them back in...and the light goes away.

As for your 4WS light...look at my thread I posted. I am having a nightmare with it.

I posed how to get MY 4WS light to go off. It might help get yours to go off too. I just don't feel like typing much rigth now.

I have a problem wiht my ABS light on as well. If the light comes on after driving the car for a short amount of time, it is usually a wheel sensor that has gone bad. I should know more on how to test the sensors a little later this week, I will post up the info.

We actually jumped the scs connector but it does not throw a code. All it does is blink on and off on and off over 100 times. I was going to go back to honda and actually test each individual wheel sensor.

Well I am going to test each of my wheel sensors and see if they put out the proper voltage. If they do, then it is most likely my ABS unit which costs roughly $1000 new from the dealer. So my buddy said I would be better off just unplugging the ABS unit to get rid of the light.

The funny thing was before I went to Honda some lady cut me off and I locked up my brakes and slid for about 3 feet, then I let off the gas then hit the brake again. Who needs ABS anyways?

Hey is your Brake light on also? IIRC if your ABS system shuts off then you lose your 4WS. I am about 99.8% sure of this. I know that if your brake light is on in 5 minutes your ABS and 4WS lights will be on. I guess hey won't want your back brakes to lock when the wheels are not centered. Don't think that would be fun at all. You can go to the dealer and have them test your ABS system via the connector located under the passengers seat. I think it's purple could be wrong.

Ok, i tried that resettin the ecu and turning my wheels left then right to set it. 4ws light still came on, but the rear wheels did in fact turn when i was doing it so im thinking its a sensor. how do i test/clean the sensors and where are they located?

ok well this might be a differnt problem then you guys but, about 3 months now i was driving and the last thing i saw was that damn ABS light kick on and then was this cloud of burning rubber and i was being spun out of controll. my ABS for some damn reason locked up my front rihgt brake and spun me out. i had that fixed that just wasn't going to stay at all. recently i have upgraded my system to the point were it now drains my battary so bad that my lights don't really work. no when my battary gets low enough my ABS light comes on. i thought that i was going to start spining out of control again. well turns out that every time me battary gets low that ABS light comes on and then i have to turn as much as possible off to get my light to work again. tonight that same thing happened battary was be drained so i turned it off, but then it still came on, i went and bought a new battary but it is still on.....any one have an idea from here? if so that woudl be great thanks. o yeah and it isn't pulling to one side like it was tryign to lock one of the brakes but i think that there is some resistance on eithr the front or the back........o yeah no hurry guys i only have homecoming on friday it's tuesday night, i need to get this done fast. thanks again
