Default ABS

What will happen if I remove the ABS computer without removing any other ABS components? I want to get rid of that big metal bracket thing that sits behind it.

1. disconnect battery
2. remove abs computer
3. remove bracket behind comp.
4. put back abs comp.
5. reconnect the battery

Thanks for the tip . thats cool and all but I need to know if the abs computer will hinder the braking performance if I remove it . I dont feel as I need the system and I will eventualy do the full abs removal and save a little more weight.
