Default 97 prelude Vtec problem

Hey guys,
Soo I have been having this problem since i guess the beginning of winter and now its worse.
When the car first starts up and just starts to get to normal operating temps the car runs great.. vtec kicks in nice and hard
but as soon the car is at normal operating temps for about 5 to 10 mins vtec doesnt kick in as hard.. the car seems quieter and has lost of power... almost as a vacuum leak or lack of fuel..
If any of u guys have had this problem please help me out
oo its a 97 prelude auto (i know.. i wanna swap it with a 5 speed)
i have replace the cap rotter and wires, and the valve cover gasket and the little seals because they were leaking oil (thought that might be the lost of vacuum too).. and i also have swap the cat with a cat delete a couple times to see if that was adding to the problem since it was a new cat but i was wrong.

compression test will tell you some more about the condition of your engine.

i know that.... but this is nothing thats normal... its a complete power lose.. the car never acted like this before... its as if the car isnt gettin enough fuel or something but the car ends up doing it in the cold too but not as much as in the heat but its still a huge difference... when it acts up the car has no power

If you think its the fuel then replace the fuel filter, have your injectors cleaned and replace your fuel pump. Even if this doesn't help if you plan any future modifications (once you fix the problem) you know your fuel system will be in top shape.

okay so i just did a compression test on it and heres what i got... 140, 128, 105, 130
so i think i found the problem lol... so either i need to get the valves adjusted which im hoping its just that, or i need rings which i hope its not.
