Default 97 prelude help!

Long story short: something got into the engine. messing up the valves and maybe the pistons. someone has offered me a JDM front clip. how hard is it to swap everything? (what do i need?)(what do i not need?) do i have to swap out the whole thing? a.k.a. can i just swap the long block?

yes I am a honda nooooooooooob but i know my way around the block(on other cars) and I would GREATLY appreciate any help.

thanks,
Octavio D

No need for a full clip just find another H22A4 or an OBD2 H22A. They are direct replacement.
