Default 94lude dizzy trouble

I swapped an h23 distributor with the internals of my old h22 jdm. After getting it going everything I realized the hook ups don't match. It came out of a 96. Pics will be uploaded soon

96+ are OBD2, buy a cap and rotor for your old distributor and use that.

I did, but that was only the first of everything wrong. None of the contact points even meet. Every person that has seen my internals asks how my car even runs. I'm about to break down and buy a new one, I was just hoping there was a way around spending $100+.
