Hey guys, I bought some 10k xenon hids with a 35w ballast. They arent as bright as they are on other peoples car? idk what the deal is. When its dark i can hardly see and if its dark and raining i might as well turn my lights off because they dont help me at all! do i need a new ballast or just a new kit? i will post picts if yal need to see
