I have a 2000 Auto Prelude-SH I believe. It's the H22. Anyways, my transmission just went out and I only have 3rd gear. The check engine light also came on and I have a few questions.

1st: Will the check engine light come on if the Tranny is failing?

2nd: Could anyone tell me what's wrong with the tranny, or should I just replace the whole thing?

3rd: My cd player is locked and I have no manual. My glove compartment isn't original either, so there's no code. Does anyone know know where I can find the code?
