1995 H23 engine question

Are the h23's in the 95 preludes open or closed deck block design?

No problem.

In fact, they never made an open decked H23 block.

oh contrair my friend, the h23A dohc vtec that was inthe jdm accord wagon was open deck, but technically that doesn't matter here in teh U.S. lol
