Or two piece leathers with a full circumference zipper. Although I have been to a few trackdays that allow full textile suits like those from Aerostitch.

yes, you need full protection. I believe some tracks will let you wear full textiles, but i know that you have to have gear covering every part of your body.
for next mods i would think about these:
flush mount signals
double bubble windscreen
power commander
new gearing
as much fun new gear as possible
advanced MSF (i think i might try and take this this summer)
these aren't set in stone, they're just ideas. I think it also depends on the bike. Alot of those mods are practically necessary for the RC51, but might not even be a good idea for other bikes.
What do YOU want out of your bike?

as unpractical as it sounds i want the racebike look for the street. lol
i have been looking into suspension adjustment, i've been noticing alot of brake dive before entry.. but i'm scared to start messing with the suspension settings

Put in some heavier wt fork oil and or springs for your weight. That will help the front end dive. But that's not cosmetic and won't add to the race look your after
still stock dunlop 208???
bike only has 2500 miles. so new tires is not in the near future..
what about the sport rider.com settings? anyone try those out yet?
instead of fork oil i was thinking of setting up the compression dampening a bit stiffer...
easier right?

tires are an upgrade. Your stock exhaust was not broke or malfunctioning, but you felt compelled to change that out...
The shocks can have an oil upgrade and a spring upgrade. In addition, you can have them valved as an upgrade.

Not quite the case; my 600rr ran a race system on the street and drivers rarely ever knew I was there; I've realized that an exhaust isn't going to do much for street riding other than possibly give me a headache. Even on a track, I doubt I could benefit from the extra couple whp gained...

Are you wearing ear plugs? If not, you may want to start.

I have heard this from neighbors near and far.

my RC51 with the HMFs was definitely louder than my F4i with Yoshimura. But it was mostly just loud lower frequency sounds. The F4i would be more irritatingly loud due to it's higher frequency noise.
On the freeway the drone of my f4i was very loud for me, but the RC51 isn't very loud on the freeway.
Ear plugs either way
I beg to differ on the "loud pipes save lives."
Countless times i've been riding next to a person, or coming up past them, and they decide to change lanes in to me and then stop when i lay on the horn. If they had heard my exhaust, they would have known i was there.
Go to a track and stand near the straight and listen to the bikes as they come at you, compared to the sound of when they're going away from you.
