Default Two Strokes

Whats the biggest two-stroke streebike that is/was in production...

Because while I don't see ANY practicality of having a large-displacement 2-stroke, it'd sure be fun as hell to ride around. The only two strokes that i've seen were the aprilias, but i only noticed that they make a 75 or a 125...

In the 80s there were rg500s and rz500s. those were the days. Now there are people who are throwing the 500cc motors in 250 frames. yummy

250. The motogp bikes used to be 500cc 2 strokes but the 990cc 4 strokes have taken over. Honda had a 500cc 2 stroke dirt bike, the cr500. I rode my friends around for a while and damn that thing is scary.

My father likes old bikes. He's got some Kawasaki H2 and Suzuki GT750 two strokes. And even a rotary engined bike and some Kawasaki and Honda six cylinder bikes. I'll take some photos when I have time.

Edit: Ok, here is what a 750cc 2-stroke 3cylinder street bike engine looks like:

the largest production 2 stroke "modern" sport bike in america is a Yamaha TZ250
however RGV 500's and such can be had through the gray market and get a "special construction" title through your DMV

there is a guy in my area that has a Suzuki RG 500 with TLR plastics on it!!
its sick

The non-modern two strokes can go fast also.
I think this one does 8.1's:

How much would an RGV 500 cost these days? You have to love the 2 stroke power band!

a bike with a rotary engine would be preatty badass...the lifespan of the engine would go nicely with a bike that would need a rebuild every few years.
