He's got his race leathers on.
One of the kids that goes racing from a roll on all the highways here was actually bragging about borrowing his dads new Z06 and making pulls against bikes up to 140 with it.

Speaking of squid.
I saw my neighbor doing wheelies in the middle of a church parking lot.
Wearing nothing but shorts and sandals.
After running back and forth 10 times or so...he finally falls off and is proud of his road rash.

All I see is a guy in his T-shirt on a Yamaha R6 riding squid racing against an Evo.
Unless I'm missing something...I say ...he's not wearing any leather at all.

lol, for some reason there is quite a large squid population here. I got attacked on a local forum for asking if anyone had or rode a Ninja 250R.
There's another video that the same guy uploaded on there that shows someone doing wheelies on pretty much the only section of expressway thats always busy.

it is appropriate if you reach beyond yourself and see that the message behind a post like that is thoughtfully and strategically placed

...wish i saw the edit though.
-i didn't realize the poetic justice behind it. i assumed the photo of the kid was actually A PHOTO of the deceased. sorry, i've been a bit touchy about death/dying as of late. it set me off, same with the "jersey fat chick denied from club" thread. i can't believe some people callousness in today's age. i thought that "ruff stuff" went out in the mid 90's w/gangsta rap. why can't people be generally nice toward one another? accept them for what it's worth and have some self-responsibility. that's all i ask of anyone....be yourself and own up/be honest.

i have a question for some of you that ride nearly everyday. now, i'm not bashing or anything, i'm just curious.
every single time do you suit up in all your gear say if you were going 2 miles up the road to get something at CVS? I am all for wearing gear and ALWAYS would wear a helmet regardless, but full leathers, etc.? I know anything can happen on the road, but I feel like it would be annoying to wear full leathers when meeting some friends at a restaurant a couple miles away. Not saying sandals and shorts, but jeans, etc.?
i dont own a bike, but used to ride a lot of motocross etc., and just curious

I've been know to squid it up for short trips and such. But 99% of the time, I will wear minimum my lid, jacket, gloves, boots and jeans or long pants.
I only made a couple exceptions when I did a couple errands for my friends shop (Working as a motocourier y0!
), because the shop is located in a shady area and there are lots of thugs that always kept looking at my gear like they wanted to steal it, and since I wasn't going to go more than 2 blocks away, I rode squid mode...with a bucket helmet and nothing else except shirt, pants and boots (hidden underneath my pants).
But for everything, like I said before. Lid, leather jacket, gloves and boots.
