im doing a report in my spanish class on dani pedrosa and im trying to find his number. motogp.com says that he is number 2, but most of the pictures and videos i find of him show him as number 26. can anyone tell me what his current number is and when he changed from one to the other. thanks.

The option was his to change his number to 2. He didn't have to change it.

 

He only changed it because he placed ahead of Rossi
