Quick Noob question??
i just bought a 2000 yamaha R6 but every morning when the bike is cold it just won't start I have to push start it why is that???? I think my battery might be going out too...............
it just cranks at first but after a while the battery starts to drain so i think it's the battery......................but i just wanted to ask in case it might also be more than the battery????

Is it only in the morning when the bike is cold? When I got mine, the battery was strong and then it started to act up like u were describing. I was told to replace the stator and rectifier. I still don't know if that was the problem, cause since then I don't have extra $$$$ to get em!
