Does anyone know if an '00 sub-frame for a '00 Honda F4 will fit on an '01 F4i???

I noticed that sharkskinz makes a rear solo tail for an F4, and I called them and they say it utilizes the stock seat, it goes over the rear portion. I found a subframe on eBay for really cheap and the bolt holes all line up, but I'm just worried about my seat. Since its an F4i, its got a single front seat that may not bolt up to an F4 subframe. Thanks for the post
