Hi,

My scooter Honda Forza NSS250A8 with S-Matic transmission system on it. My problem is :
- Under setting riding mode "D" or "S", after riding for awhile the dash board indicate "F" flashing 5 short times - stop - then repeat flashing the same, engine still running but the bike only can run under operation like in 1st gear. When I swift off the ignition button then turn it on, the bike return normal operation. There are not any symptom before "F" flashing, also the frequency happening different time to time.

- While riding in "A" or "M" mode without any problem.

In my country, Vietnam, seem could not find the right workshop who have experiences for this bike. Myself even have not the service manual on hand so I do not know what should I do check now.

Were you able to fix the problem with your Forza? I have the same problem with my 2008 Forza Z here in Manila, Philippines and have not been able to fix it for the past couple of months. Getting very desparate already. Mine is flashing the "F" 8x.

Hoping to be able to get some help from other Forza owners.

Good day Gilbert,
Finally, here are few step that I did check and fixed the issue on my Forza:
1. Check the sensor right above the front pulley. This was checked by techincan as they have the testing machine. Make sure it still works well or not.
2. Check the working status of front pulley, bad surface condition or being used too much, you need to replace the new one. It is similar with my case, so the V-belt did not going correct direction then cause the sensor reading ""error"" data.
