Interceptor
Any Interceptor owners here? I was looking into a GSXR 750, but kinda fell in love with this beautiful honda (And I've always loved Hondas) Nobody seems to have this bike, so I'm looking for opinions from owners Pros/Cons...
For the record... I don't care about how the GSXR performs better, because both bikes are more than capable of doing anything I'll ever ask of them.

I've got 2...a '96 VFR750 (which technically didn't go under the Interceptor name), and an '85 VF500F Interceptor. If you're talking about the '02 VFR800 Interceptor, they are a sweet bike. Rode one today for a bit...much better handling than my '96, and more torque, though the topend seems similar (even with vtec).
Definitely a nice bike...see if you can get a test ride

Yes... I was refering to the 2002... just wondering if there are any red flags about it. Prolly picking one up new next spring (guess that would make it an '03) Having riden it, what can you say about the ergos... fairly comfertable sportbike? All summer I've been riding a 94 GSXR750, and although not horrible, after 4 hours or so it gets pretty rough. I understand that this would be the case with most all sportbikes, but I was just wondering what your take is on this one.
The ergos on the '02 VFR are definitely more comfortable than any GSXR that I've sat on. I'd compare it favorably with my '96, which I rode from Long Island NY to VA for a trackday (10hr). I am not aware of any red flags or problems with the bike, aside from a few complaints about new bikes coming with the idle set too low (easy fix).
