Default Head Light problems!

So yesterday I get on my bike to ride to a friends house, I get half way there and notice that my headlight is not on (it was during the day, noticed because no light was bouncing back at me from car in front). I try fliping it up to high beam, nothing happens, no indicator light nothing. so then i get to my friends house, we take out the bulb and it looks good. so i then try the fuses, they are still good, then im like, well maybe it is the bulb, so we go and buy a new bulb switch it in, and still nothing! im going to take apart the bike later today and see if there is somthing wrong with the wiring, but does anybody elts have any ideas? it was running fine earlier yesterday then i get back on it and it doesnt work.

Thanks,
Masters
