Recently I bought a damaged R6. I went to the local motorcycle shop and I left the motorcycle there to fix it. They said in order to change rear tire will cost me 245 dollars including the labor fee. Is that normal or ripp off?.. When I went in, my motorcycle was the only sports bike and all others were harley davidsons. Should I just rent a van and get it to yamaha shop or should I just leave it there and fix the motorcycle??

 

$245 including a new tire? Sounds like they're charging you about $50 more than average.

 

Well it is a harley shop, they would prob F up working on your bike anyway. This isn't the first time I have heard about a Harley shop charging an insane amount of money for a tire change to a NON Harley. What kind of tire are they putting on there?

I would prob take it someplace else.
