I'm looking at doing the superbike school this summer but am stuck on which place to go to. I would love to do laguna but I would also really like somewhere closer to home (Kansas City). I just don't know if I want to do the 2 day camp or a single level at a time. What are your guys experiences with it? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
If you're going to travel, make the most of the trip and do the camp.
I did 1 level a year for the past 3 years and the riding experience between the levels helps IMHO. If you're new to riding, everything will seem like a discovery or a "wow" but if you've been riding a while, you'll actually learn.

What about the possibilities of taking level I on saturday then level II on sunday? I noticed some places have all levels on two days back to back. I don't have the espendable money right now to do the 2 day camp but I do for 2 different levels. I'm wondering if this is a better option.
EDIT: which is more beneficial, doing each level or taking the 2 day course. I would love to be able to do the lean machine as well as the sliding. That is why I'm tempted just to hold off until late fall or next spring and just do the 2 day course.

You get to use the lean bike in level 2 and the slide machine is level 4 stuff. If you're new to riding, I wouldn't even worry about the slide bike.
I believe the 2-days camps run a 6-session format and I don't think food/lodging is provided. If I was going to do a 2 day camp that costs ~$2K, I'd seriously consider Freddie Spencer's school.
