Default checking main relay

I just got my bike out to ride for the first time and it wont start, tired to pop start it and it turned over but no firing. I then checked for voltage and there was nothing going to the starter when trying to start. The fuse is good so I was wondering if any one knew how to check the relay, or if they knew what else could cause this.

the bike is a 2000 f4 with 15K miles, battery is good, R/R was replaced last year.

When was the last time you rode the bike? Did you store it away for the winter?
