anyone kno about how many cc's this bike has? why is the back tire literaly "flat"?

That would be a Kawasaki ZX7R, so it'd be exactly 748cc. Pretty trick with the underseat exhaust and single-sided Honda VFR swingarm, but a bit too gaudy for my taste. They're a sweet bike though.

i cant tell if its flat from the picture put if it is its from to many burnouts or alot of straight driving. Bike tires dont last that long maybe 4 to 5k especially the rear tire

its not that flat.
he has a custom swingarm, so who knows how wide that rim is...he may have a 190 or 200 tire on the back. and if hes not squeezing it on a smaller wheel it would lay "flatter". That may not be good. Kind of like all the squids who try and put 190s on their r6. Most racers and "serious" riders drop down to a 180 from a stock 190 to get better turn in...not the other way around.
