Another light problem
Well, much to my demise i cant figure out what the hell the problem is. I have a 1991 GSXR 1100, and there is a problem with nearly all of the lights on the front of the bike. Neither headlights work, the running lights/blinkers are very dim and turn off when i activate the turn signal. The rear running/blinkers work except when i turn on the signal, they light up and stay that way... no blink. The tail/brake light works fine. I checked all of the bulbs and the fuses. The battery is fine, the bike starts up right away. They dont even turn on when the bike is running. Argh!

Re: Another light problem (HondaAccordTdR)
The main problem is that you need to sell me the bike...
Ok seriously though...you need to pull your fairings off and check your pinn connectors on all the plugs...front and back.
Check the wires thuroughly.
Then get a haynes and check all the relays.

I just clicked back in here to edit my post and add that.
For real though...the early 90's 1100s are my dream bike.
Big bore kit, car tire conversion, shaved seat, raked forks, gobs of nitrous, air shifter....bam, mid 8 second bike. Those motors lovvvvvve nitrous.

Re: Another light problem (ScareyH22A)
Ill check it out. If it was a ground problem, would the bike still be able to start? The bike starts just fine and the rear lights work. ?
