Default Water Leak? Concern or No?

Hi all, I hope you are well. I am looking at purchasing a 2010 Honda Ridgeline from a family friend. Less than 70k miles, at a very friendly price.

The truck did have an incident where it was driven into a ditch but repaired. It does have an occasional ceiling leak after the wreck.

Today, when parked and running, we noticed a good bit of liquid dripping. It seems to be water, but feels like a lot. Can anyone tell me if this is likely major or minor? It nearly stops dripping when the truck is off.

The link should take you to a video of
the leak.

Thank you!

Somebody needs to get under the car to diagnose.
Is the bad behavior easy to reproduce?
Is it coolant or water?
Could it be condensate from the air conditioner?
What is the coolant level in the coolant system?
