Portland is full of cheap ones that can't pass emissions. There are a couple $1600 examples on the Seattle Craigslist right now. I think they are around Tacoma. I have a good engine and manual trans if you find one that needs drivetrain.

Drive train part out. 2000 Honda Insight engine/ manual transmission. 175k miles. Engine ran amazing, good power, no leaks or smoking at all. Trans shifts great but did grind downshifting to first gear. I also have a new input shaft bearing I purchased for it from Honda. Open to offers. Pm me with what you need. Have both cats in working order, wideband o2, coil packs, D.C. To D.C. Converter, ima power cables, ac components and more.
