2000 insight rear tire change

How do you get access to the rear tires when the side skirts are in the way?

You have to remove them and take care when re installing, dont let tire guys do it and do it when at home, not on the side of freeway. Also go on ebay and the sell a kit with a replacement style of fastener that holds strong, these are a must.
