Here is what 18x8 looks like on a 05 fit....
I believe the fenders come out a little more on the newer Fits, so the 17x7 might be a little sunk. I would look cool if you had the a decent drop on your car for sure. Maybe looking into some that is 17x8, to fill in the wheel arches a little more, and possibly roll your fenders. Just really depends on what you want. Hit me up if have any questions
