Ok, I would first like to clarify before any misconceptions are made or any of this is taken the wrong way. I am NOT in any way, shape, or form trying to show disrespect to the current GD Squad nor to it's leader eL. Furthermore I am not trying to take over it or anything like that I am simply shooting a proposal out and I want everyone's input including eL and all of the listed GD squad members.

I'm proposing two possible options:

1. Starting a new GD squad keeping all of the original listed members and
leader but updating it with all of the new people as well. The new part
would include a trial period in which something indicating this would be put
next to the username of the individual listed who is in trial status.
After review by eL or anyone appointed as such, if the individual is deemed
squad worthy they can be moved up from trial member to full member.
Even with the trial status the individual will still have a squad number
unless not deemed squad worthy or removed for a certain reason which
would then move the person after that number up to that new number
unless it is requested that they stay the number they are currently.


2. Same as above only eliminating member numbers as there are times when
member numbers and their arrangements can be hard to manage.


I just would like everyone's opinion including squad members and their leader.
If this doesn't go through, then I will ask that the mods delete this thread.
Again this is in no way trying to disrespect eL and the current GD squad but I do know a lot of fit owners would love to be part of the truly awesome GD Squad. All I ask is keep the remarks civil whether positive or not.

I would like to clarify that I am not a newbie only this account is and if my old account were still accessible it would show this. I've already made it perfectly clear that I am not trying to disrespect nor am I trying to take over anything.
I only brought up the proposal for the fact that updates for the GD squad have not really happened in quite some time and I am certain there are many fit owners who wish to be a part of the squad showing their pride in their GD.

Again no disrespect intended and as mentioned previously if it's not approved I will remove this thread and continue waiting as before I posted this.

To simplify, what I am trying to do is get the squad to update and keep it alive.
I personally think that the GD Squad is awesome and would love to be a part of it myself along with many others who have applied and had their applications sit dormant and unresponded to. Now I don't know what caused this nor do I claim to know and I will not make any statements depicting such. I actually want to see the GD Squad grow and have everyone show their pride in their fit.
