Lets see your fits with black headlights. Please no Black Fits. cause that is obvious.

That's pretty sick.

Where did you get the amber foglamp lenses? I just ended up buying yellow bulbs.

He could have merely said "yes". Like most of us, we are proud of our cars. Also, you weren't specific enough in your initial question to justify the "attitude". (I'm not trying to make you upset; merely hoping you will think.) This is suppose to be a forum for like minded people. The attitude would be of better use, elsewhere.

Now for the reason I am really writing this. All of these cars are sharp, and they show how nicely the black lights look on various colors. My question is, can anybody do or post a write-up on how, to do it? Everyone, keep up the good work. I think the majority of us readers enjoy seeing pictures of the nice things we can do with our Jazz/Fit's!

Did you miss the " " or something?

If I wanted to see pictures of cars, I'd have asked RW to see his CRX, which was much hawterer

The new Fit is getting there. Love the Regamasters

Its not hard. you jsut remove the bolts then remove the headlights. sometimes you may have to remove the front bumper to get to some of the bolts. its really self explanatory.

here are some instructions to remove the bumper.

Yeah i assumed he meant how to swap headlights. I think its better to jsut buy the real thing and swap them out. less headache worrying about water in your headlights and such.

Preheat oven to 250.
Place headlights in for 5-10 min (constantly check them!)
Pull them apart when the sealer becomes soft with the aid of a flathead screw driver.
Remove the amber reflector and the parking light cover.
Mask off whatever you dont want black and spray away.

Did you bake the headlight or buy black lights? Just curious, if you did buy the black head lights what do they run in price?

I have done both. The headlights will cost you 300+ with tax, or you can spend a couple hours doing it yourself for free.

or your sister can drive it though a Subway resturant two days after you bought it and you can have the body shop replace them with black ones.
