Default Fairly New Issue

Within the last two weeks, I have come across a new issue with my 2007 Honda CR-V. When I apply my brakes, my dash lights look as though my headlights are on when they are not. Also, when I turn on either left or right turn signal the dash will go from dim to bright in pace with my turn signal. If my brakes are applied and I turn my turn signal on, the lights will blink with my turn signal. I do not believe I have a bad alternator as my lights are not dimming as the engine is slowing down. I have not checked for a bad ground or would I know where to start checking for that ground. I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue and has found a solution.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
