DIY: 97-01 CRV 5 speed manual radio removal
Wanted to do this DIY since I looked around for a while and couldn't find too many 5 speed install mostly automatics. The two differ slightly so here it goes.
You'll have a few 8mm bolts holding on the factory radio to the side mounts and after that install is reverse of removal. For the rest I didn't add because it will vary depending on what route you take. I suggest using a dash kit from Scosche or similiar and a plug wiring kit. Also here are some links I found for automatics and one from a dealer page for both much like the factory service manual.
