CRV stuck in park
my daughter is in a 2006 CRV. She just stopped to drop someone off and her car will start, but the gear will not go out of park. Yes, she has brakes pressed and she moved steering wheel. Even tried to use emergency brake and then tried to get out of park. She is about 5 hours away trying to get back to colleg

1. She can use the shift lock release, as shown the owner's manual (see attached).
