CRV (2004), windshield sprayer clogged
I have a 2004 CRV with both sprayers clogged.
I have tried cleaning the jets with a needle, but that didn't fix the situation. I'd like to try and clean the jets with nvinegar as has been recommended and also clean/check the tubes....
How do I remove the jets (they are not mounted on the hood)?
How do I get access to the tubes (they are hidden beneath some panelling on the car)?
Thanks

There's probably a bit of debris stuck in the nozzles. The simple solution is to remove the nozzles and blow them out with compressed air. There is a small plastic retainer tab on the front and back of the nozzle, You can use either a very small flat head to gently push in the tabs (make sure you get under the grommet) while gently pulling up on the nozzle. There's not much slack in the tubing so be careful. Once you get it out, attach a paper clip or something to the hose to keep it from falling into the cowl. It's best to twist the hose back and forth to break it loose from the nipple. Use compressed are to blow whatever is clogging it out from the spray side.
Put everything back together and try your washers. If they clog up again after a short time, you've got junk in the hoses and those will have to be blown out as well.
One of these with the rubber tip works great for this.
