Default 2005 CRV with coolant in the OIL!

Car was wrecked and radiator damaged. What I now know is that it was driven (not much) but apparently enough to overheat. Car started and major white smoke is spewing out the exhaust. Definitely have internal coolant leak.

Head gasket or worse yet cracked cylinder head?

I assume pulling the head (vtec engine) is a beast.

Any thoughts?

I do have the full service manual and the means to repair, not sure about the will though!
