Default 1997 CR-V A/C Belt woes

Trying to replace the belts. I have the PS loose and the ALT loose. But that aggravating AC....

I know what two bolts I need to loosen, but exactly how the h#@@ you get a wrench or socket to them is beyond me. Maybe just too tired tonight. You cannot fit a wrench and socket on the pivot bolt as the wheel well is in the way. Trying to break it free with a 12mm wrench is insane, at least the size I have. Guess I'll have to go buy a large one to fit down through the pulleys underneath so I can get torque on it.

And the adjusting bolt...?? Not sure how you can get any real kind of wrench on the lock nut. Only a small wrench will get in there. Angle is off to get a deep socket on it. Damn irritating.

Any advice out there?
