Default dual to multi-port conversion

I've been considering swapping the engine on my 91 civic. It has the dual port fuel injection, and I want to put in the D16Z. Is there an easiest way to do the conversion? Just get the stuff from the donor car perhaps?

actually you dont need to do and obd0-1 conversion. I have a z6 in my 89 hatch and i didn't convert to obd1. It makes the swap a little harder, but if you have any questions just pm me.
