Default code 4 code 9 problem help!!! (searched)

i recently swapped a d16zc SOHC non-vtec motor into my civic hb. starts and runs just fine but as soon as i go to get on the freeway and take it above 3200 RPM it'll throw a code 4(CKP) and code 9(TDC?) and then continue to run in limp mode. but when i cycle the key on/off, the codes disappear. I went home and pondered then i checked the following:

c1 and c2 connections: good
ecu: good
dist: good
no opens or resistance found in dist. wires
thermostat wire: good
.4V @ closed throttle tps
4.2V @ WOT
ground from battery : good

once again, this problem only happens SOMETIMES and it also starts to cut out around 80mph, but i can do 70-75mph just fine.

help me out! i'm stumped!!!

Get an etm (electrical troubleshooting manual)

you check resistance in your sensor yet?

make sure theres 350-550 ohms...

check it at your distributor ,if good, check it at the ecu plug..

Yea get a helms and start trouble shooting. Id also swap out your tps as it is not reading within spec. Just to be on the safe side as well check your rotor screw that it isn't falling off.
