Default Civic EF Front and Rear Lip help

I'm wanting to add a front and rear lip but so far am just becoming overwhelmed with trawling eBay. I have a Canadian Civic CX and so the first question I was wondering is, can I fit any jdm style lip to these or will I be missing mounting points/screw holes? If anyone has bought an eBay lip and had success, i'd love to know about it as I've seen a few reviews for lips that turn up the wrong size and need modifying. I did read that you might be able to use an Integra DA D6 lip, but again worried with how much modding this might need such as drilling and cutting in order to get it to fit.
Any help and guidance would be much appreciated!

So, none of the 'JDM' lips will fit that bumper. Japan never got that bumper style. You'll need to look for a 90-91 hatch 'USDM' (its the same bumper as the US facelift hatch) lip if you're looking for something molded. The OEM DA front lips will work with a little bit of trimming, to make the ends near the wheel arches finish at the end of the bumper (the DA bumpers are a little longer). The shape works well though.

If you swap to a 88-89 front bumper (hatch and sedan are the same covers in all markets), you'll have a lot more options.

don't bother with a rear lip, it will just add drag

Thanks for that. So I'm assuming any Integra DA lip oem or nkt would fit with a bit of cutting? Am I then looking at having to drill holes in my bumper to attach it though?

From memory there are a couple of holes that line up, but it'll depend on what year DA lip you get. You can make any year DA lip work (there are a few styles). The holes you have to drill are on the underside of the bumper though, so they're not visible.

Not sure what NKT means, sorry.

Just tagging onto this, I see a front bumper 'filler' on Rock Auto. Anyone know whether this will fit right on and also what it will actually look like when on, any examples?

It's the panel that sits between your bonnet and your bumper (goes under your headlights). You've got one on your car already.
