the rd1/2 crv has a high center of gravity with a relatively narrow wheel track for it's height. it's not going to be the most nimble vehicle on the road

It shouldnt be too bad. Mines lowered and i dont remember how it was before to be honest, but your suspension is probably worn out and thats why its swaying. Get your vehicle checked for sway bar end links, sway bar bushings, shocks and coils.

I also forgot to mention i bought it with 110,000 miles and now it has 112,000. So what would be the medicine for this. Lower it. Put wider wheels. ? I checked my rear sway bar and the bushing are worn out and i need to change out the links also. Am also thinking the shocks might be gone. Cause when i go over bumps while turning it shakes. Like if the wheels are bounces

You already know the problem then...repair those and report back.

I found two braces from underneath that were rusted out. And broken. I made a two new ones and i feel the crv a little stiffer
