Default TPMS control module help needed

My 07 has the TPMS light on. All 4 sensors are less than 3 years old. Took it to Discount Tire, who installed them and they said the problem is in the TPMS unit, not the wheel sensors and suggested I take it to the Honda dealership. They tested all 4 and they are functioning. My questions are:

If I get a replacement TPMS module and install it myself, will I have to get someone to program it or will it just "learn" the TPMS sensors in the wheels?

Also, where exactly is it located? Best I can tell, it is in the dash on passenger side?

Thank you!

The TPMS control unit is located under the driver's side dash. The TPMS sensor IDs have to be programmed/memorized into the control unit.
