Default suspension problem

My 1998 crv is getting old with 260K kms but is still strong and running with one click start and no check engine light for the six years I have owned it. My problem is that when on the higway the car sways up and down like a swing (especially notable at really high speed). Also at 30 kph the car has a slight vibration which cures it self as speed increases, and when braking from a good speed there is vibration. My suspect is the lower ball joints. Things I have done so far are changed the timing belt and valve adjusted, water pump, radiator cleaned, changed both upper control arms with upper ball joints attached, new front struts, new front both axles.
