I have just bought a crv 2009, ex 4wd , 100,000 mile, i realized a whining sound when turning my steering wheel left or right at the D or R positions, and a strong nosiy sound, i have checked the fluid level,it is near the maximum, but i did not changed yet, and no leaks are observed,please inform me what could be the problem, some are saying the whole steeting pump could be damaged?others are saying to flash out all the old steering fluid and add a new one,some are saying the o-rings must be change, others are saying the tensioner.

Note: the car was not driven for about 5 months, it had a small back accident.
