radio code

Can anybody help me get a radio code for my friends CR-V based off the vin or point me in the right direction?? (stock deck)

Gunna hafta get the serial number off the back of the radio. Call ur Honda dealership with the serial and they will give you a 5 digit code.

Well i called them but they insisted the vehicle had to be brought in and i couldnt get the code over the phone...o well i tried lol. Thanks

i charge .5 labor to remove a radio for the serial number.. that pretty much 50 bucks

That sucks. Same thing happened to me with my 00 CRV. My Honda dealership was more than happy to deal with me, for free. I brought in the serial, I got a code. Bam, bam. Even exchange. Try another dealership.
