I have a 2000 CRV its throwing me some codes that I cannot find explanations for online. Doe's anyone have any idea? I would troly appreciate it.

It seems you are quoting CHECK engine light flashes!!! You will need to confirm how and with what tools / equipment you are diagnosing your CRV problems, due to the different fault codes system being used.
Codes systems.
1/ CHECK engine light flashes
2/ ODB1
3/ ODB2
4/ ABS fault codes
5/ Transmission fault codes.

Those are probably ABS trouble codes, which can be read with a scanner. Is your ABS light on?

DTC 61: Ignition voltage

DTC 15: Right-rear wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)

1. For DTC 61, issue can be due to faulty ABS control unit. But, check under-dash fuse no. 15 (7.5A), charging system, and battery.

2. DTC 15 may be due to wring or right-rear wheel sensor. Issue may be related to DTC 61.
