Haynes manual says it can be adjusted using a screw driver.
They say to set the V at 480 (+/- 50) RPM.

(After you pull the connector off the EVAP Purge control solenoid
and maybe the connector off the IAC Idle Air Control valve too??)

If that's right, Anyone?

Honda parts hero, thanks. This gives me something to work with. I got a tac, but not sure how to use it. If need be, do you where I can get a cheap working IAC Valve on line? I will post up later this evening, just to keep you in da loop.
Thanks,

Something is not right. I cannot get the RPM to drop. I adjust the screw and can only get it to come to 1100 RPM, and it does surge a bit. I was checking the ports, bottom port when finger plug the engine speed does drop, but the upper port when finger plug, the engine shut off.
That's where I am at this moment. Any ideas, do get at me asap.
Thanks

Is the evap purg control solenoid valve the one that located on the fuel rail?

Same inchalada here, double check my work and followed the same procedure from the manual above. That top port on the intake keeps shutting off my engine when I plug it up with my finger, is that related in any way to my rpm not being able to be set correctly? Im gonna try to swap out the IAC this weekend.
Any fresh ideas out for me to try this weekend?
Thanks

Nailed it. Swap out the IAC Valve. My old one got stuck open, I guess there is a small diaphragm in it, and it was shot up, saw the pieces flying around when I push compress air in it.
